Infosys is seeking Senior Power BI Consultant with SAP

This position requires a key player in the consulting team that helps discover and define the problem statement, evaluates the solution options and makes recommendations. You will create detailed design, architecture and process artifacts and implement the deployment plan. You will also support knowledge transfer with the objective of providing value-adding consulting solutions that enable our clients to meet the changing needs of the global landscape.

Basic Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or foreign equivalent required from an accredited institution. Will also consider three years of progressive experience in the specialty in lieu of every year of education
• At least 4 years of experience with Information Technology.
• Candidates must be located within commuting distance of Houston, TX or must be willing to relocate to the area. This position may require travel within the US.

Qualifications

• Ability to understand and organize data in a clear and efficient manner for reporting purposes,
• Min. 4 years of working experience with Power BI implementations on SAP BW on HANA/ Native HANA or snowflake,
• Features of power bi (bookmark/functions centric towards financials ( year on year etc … variance function )
• Experience in building dashboards over financial data out of SAP and leveraging key features

• Ability to decide to push down business logic to backend SAP system instead of PowerBI dashboard

• Write back feature implemented in any project for planning scenarios
• Knowledge of Python is a plus
• Row level security in Live connection.
• Good analytical and functional knowledge on SAP finance domain.
• Knowledge of SQL is a plus.
• Design, implement and maintain pipelines that produce business critical data reliably and efficiently using cloud technology,
• Techno functional experience in specific business domains, ability to guide customers on requirement translation to tech documents.
• Good understanding of relational databases.
• Good Communication and customer facing skills.
• Should be familiar with working /managing projects in Agile Delivery model.
• Excellent Analytical and Communication skills.
