About the role

We’re looking for a Product Designer to join our small but mighty team. In this role, you’ll have ample opportunity to innovate, refine and expand our design system, and see your work directly influence thousands of our wonderful customers across both web and mobile experiences.

What you'll do

• Work in a dual track agile process, taking full ownership of design projects from discovery to delivery, and driving a user-centred process that delivers impact.

• Collaborate cross-functionally with product managers, engineers, and other stakeholders to ensure design solutions align with business goals and technical constraints.

• Champion the user’s perspective at every stage, using user research, data, and testing to inform design iterations and ensure the product is intuitive, accessible, and meets user needs.

• Contribute to and evolve our design system by creating and refining UI components and interaction patterns, ensuring a consistent, high-quality user experience.

What you'll need

• 4+ years of experience in digital product design (UX/UI), with a strong portfolio showcasing user-centred design solutions.

• Excellent collaboration skills, including effective communication and experience working closely with product managers, and engineers to craft a long-term vision and roadmap for your product areas.

• Exceptional visual design ability and a keen eye for detail, ensuring pixel-perfect, high-quality user interfaces.

• Experience with design systems, demonstrating an ability to maintain a consistent and scalable design language across products.
