Job Description

• Must have prior experience leading facility improvements and capital planning in a factory environment.
• Ensure the implementation of safety measures in project plans.
• Lead meetings, workshops, and other discussions to gather business requirements from stakeholders.
• Oversee the development of the Scope of Work (SOW) for each subproject in collaboration with the client’s team.
• Define technical and resource requirements for project implementation.
• Prepare CapEx project proposals, including objectives, technical scope, timelines, budgets, project teams, regulatory permits, contract management, risk assessments, and startup/commissioning requirements.
• Develop and maintain a master project plan, incorporating User Requirement Specifications based on input from site teams.
• Create RFP scopes and deliverables for onshore/offshore resources and project proposal estimates.

Additional Responsibilities:

• Act as a liaison with site and global leadership teams to ensure project metrics align with client needs, including KPIs related to cost savings, equipment efficiency, operational expenditure, capital expenses, sustainability, and business strategy.
• Conduct risk assessments and maintain action tracking.
• Develop preliminary execution plans for projects and define the scope of work.
• Plan and manage tasks and resources effectively.
• Create technical SOWs at the idea stage for all identified projects.

Skills Required

• Expertise in dairy, ice cream, and packaging
• Plant engineering experience
• Project management skills
• Process improvement knowledge
• Background in mechanical, chemical, industrial, or electrical engineering
• Experience in manufacturing CapEx
• Knowledge of utilities and infrastructure
• Program management expertise

Education/Training/Certifications

• High school diploma or GED.
