Senior Project Manager - Drywall Experience / Theme Parks

A major commercial drywall contractor that specialise in the design and build of themed construction urgently require a Project Manager with 3-5 years commercial experience that specifically has prior drywall industry experience. A familiarity with all areas of drywalling along with experience managing the complete retake of the project from estimating, setting up budgets for material, labor and managing subcontractors.
A strong background with on screen take-off and Quick Bid or Edge estimating software is essential along with a deep understanding of Autodesk. My client has a 40-year successful track record working with many of the biggest theme parks and currently have circa 120 employees.
The ideal candidate will be responsible for creating and managing all purchase orders for vendors and subcontracts, ensuring that all necessary materials are procured in a timely manner. This role will also involve generating submittals for material approval, coordinating the approval process, and maintaining document control for the field, including handling RFIs, pricing requests, shop drawings, and other related documentation. Additionally, the candidate will oversee pricing and cost controls, ensuring accurate budget management and tracking of any added costs throughout the project lifecycle.
My client is looking to move immediately with this, and the interview process will be a 2-stage interview, with the 1st stage being via Zoom/Teams. Any travel or hotel costs will be covered by the employer for any candidates commuting a significant distance.
