Job Title: Senior Salesforce Developer
Location: Everett, MA (Hybrid)
Duration: 6 Months (Tentative)
We are seeking a highly skilled Senior Salesforce Developer to join a dynamic application development and support team. This role involves developing and maintaining Salesforce solutions across various web properties, with a focus on transforming Salesforce Classic to Lightning and supporting integrations with external systems. The ideal candidate will be experienced in all phases of the software development lifecycle and capable of both development and administrative duties within the Salesforce platform.
Key Responsibilities:Collaborate with Project Managers, Architects, BAs, QA, and stakeholders to deliver high-quality software solutions
Lead and perform Lightning Web Component (LWC) development and enhancements
Leverage OmniStudio tools : OmniScript, FlexCards, DataRaptors, and Integration Procedures
Utilize JSON and JavaScript for customizing OmniStudio components
Participate in requirements gathering, system analysis, development, testing, deployment, and documentation
Perform Salesforce administration duties as needed
Develop custom solutions using Apex , LWC , SOQL , and Lightning Flows
Create and maintain APIs and integrations with external systems using REST/SOAP and middleware tools
Implement asynchronous processing using Platform Events , Queueable Apex , and other native tools
Lead code reviews, provide mentorship, and support junior developers
Maintain technical documentation in accordance with standards and best practices
Actively contribute to process improvements and team efficiency
Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science or a related field
7+ years of Salesforce development experience with a strong focus on OmniScript and LWC
Proven experience on large-scale projects and working with cross-functional teams
Proficiency with Apex, JavaScript, HTML, CSS, SOQL, and Salesforce configuration tools
Experience with Salesforce Experience Cloud (Communities)
Strong knowledge of OmniStudio deployment tools (IDX Workbench, VBT, Salesforce CLI)
Experience with Salesforce version control and CI/CD pipelines
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills

Experience with CI/CD, JIRA, Confluence, and SharePoint
Proficiency with Salesforce IDEs and version control tools (GitHub, Bitbucket, VS Code, SFDX)
Familiarity with WCAG 2.1 accessibility compliance
Agile development methodology experience
Experience in K–12 education systems or curriculum standards is a plus
Knowledge of AWS or cloud technologies is desirable
Ability to adapt to dynamic project needs and work under pressure
