About the Role
We are seeking an elite Web Developer and UI Designer for a high-profile project we are spearheading in Charlotte, NC . This role involves crafting a luxury, high-impact digital experience that embodies the prestige, innovation, and sophistication of our brand. The ideal candidate will have an exceptional eye for design, flawless execution, and a deep understanding of high-end brand aesthetics to create a website that represents excellence, modernity, and cutting-edge user experience .
This is a short-term engagement focused exclusively on front-end design and implementation —no backend development or database work required. The ideal candidate has experience designing and launching premium, corporate-level websites for top brands and understands the importance of user experience, modern aesthetics, and responsive design .
Key Responsibilities
• Design and develop a fully responsive, high-end company website with an exceptional user experience.
• Ensure the site meets the highest standards of UI/UX design, optimized for desktop, tablet, and mobile.
• Implement pixel-perfect layouts, animations, and interactive elements to elevate brand presence.
• Work with branding and marketing teams to translate company messaging into compelling digital experiences.
• Optimize performance for fast loading times and smooth navigation.
• Ensure all design elements align with best practices in accessibility and usability.
• Deploy and launch the site, ensuring it is fully functional, secure, and scalable for future updates.
Required Qualifications
• 5+ years of experience in front-end web development and UI/UX design.
• Proven experience designing and launching corporate websites for major brands.
• Expertise in HTML, CSS, JavaScript, and modern front-end frameworks (React, Vue, Next.js, or equivalent).
• Strong proficiency in Figma, Adobe XD, or Sketch for UI/UX prototyping and design implementation.
• Deep understanding of modern design trends, typography, and branding.
• Experience with CMS platforms (Webflow, WordPress, or a headless CMS) for easy content management.
• Ability to implement smooth animations, transitions, and interactive elements.
• Familiarity with SEO best practices and performance optimization.
• Experience with Angular is a plus, in case additional app development tasks arise during website downtime.
Preferred Qualifications
• Portfolio showcasing high-end, luxury, or corporate brand websites.
• Experience working with top-tier agencies or global brands.
• Ability to integrate third-party marketing tools (Google Analytics, tracking pixels, etc.).
