As a Fast Casual Server, you will be responsible for providing friendly and efficient customer service while ensuring guests have a positive dining experience. Your role includes greeting guests, taking orders, delivering food, and maintaining cleanliness in the dining area. You will work in a fast-paced environment, collaborating with team members to uphold the restaurant’s service standards.

• Customer Service: Greet guests with a friendly and welcoming attitude, answer questions about the menu, and make recommendations when needed.
• Order Taking: Accurately take food and drink orders using the restaurant's POS system and ensure special requests are communicated to the kitchen.
• Food Running: Deliver food promptly to guests while ensuring order accuracy and presentation.
• Cash Handling: Process payments, provide correct change, and follow cash-handling procedures.
• Dining Area Maintenance: Keep tables and seating areas clean, clear trays, wipe down surfaces, and ensure a welcoming atmosphere for all guests.
• Stocking & Prep: Restock utensils, napkins, condiments, and other service items as needed. Assist in basic food preparation if required.
• Teamwork: Work collaboratively with kitchen and front-of-house team members to ensure smooth service.
• Health & Safety Compliance: Follow food safety and sanitation guidelines to maintain a clean and safe working environment.

• Prior experience in a restaurant or customer service role is a plus but not required.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment while maintaining attention to detail.
• A friendly, positive attitude and a commitment to excellent customer service.
• Ability to stand for extended periods and lift up to 25 lbs.
• Flexible schedule, including evenings, weekends, and holidays as needed.
