What You’ll Do:

• Diagnose, sell, and perform plumbing repairs in residential homes
• Install plumbing systems and fixtures to code
• Clearly explain solutions and options to homeowners
• Maintain a clean, well-organized work van and workspace
• Stay up-to-date on the latest tools, tech, and best practices
• Collaborate with team members for efficient service delivery
• Attend weekly team meetings and training sessions
• Embody our company’s mission, values, and team spirit
• Most importantly — have fun doing what you love !

What You Bring:

• Valid plumbing license (Tradesman or higher)
• 3–5+ years of plumbing experience (residential preferred)
• Valid driver’s license & clean driving record
• Strong mechanical skills & a passion for hands-on work
• Excellent communication & customer service skills
• Professional appearance & a commitment to cleanliness
• A drive to do the right thing — always
• Team spirit & a willingness to mentor apprentices
• Familiarity with OSHA safety standards
• Ability to pass background checks and drug tests
