Job Description

Description As the Set Stylist, you will be responsible for creating visually compelling and innovative set designs and prop sourcing to support the best-in-class imagery execution for the Shopbop and Zappos brands across all imaging teams. You will be a key contributor in continuously evolving the creative evolution and bring the brand's vision to life through your creative ideation and problem-solving skills. Key job responsibilities Maintain an understanding of the Shopbop/Zappos brand identity and leverage your expertise to conceptualize and execute set designs that captivate the customer. Collaborate closely with your creative partners to bring seasonal briefs to life, anticipating and incorporating the latest interior design trends. Partner with producers and creative teams to ensure all necessary props and set elements are prepared and ready for each photoshoot. Source and organize all props while staying in the allocated budget to deliver high-quality, cost-effective solutions. Support the prop and set infrastructure to continuously evolve the PDP imagery capabilities. Maintain a well-organized and safe working environment. Leverage Amazon's business tools and partnerships as resources to enhance efficiency and explore new creative possibilities. Maintain a valid driver's license and be willing to use a personal vehicle as needed to support the role. Travel may be occasionally required. Basic Qualifications - 3+ years of proven experience as a Set Stylist in a high-volume commercial photography studio environment. - Demonstrated ability to execute the creative process in a frugal and efficient manner, with strong communication skills. - Unwavering attention to detail and a keen awareness of how every element contributes to the overall aesthetic. - Relentless drive for innovation, balanced with a deep understanding of business and user interaction priorities. - Proficiency in synthesizing feedback and adapting creative decisions accordingly. - Thrives in a fast-paced, online-focused environment and possesses excellent written, verbal, and collaborative skills. - Experience with power tools, multiple paint mediums, and woodworking techniques. - Ability to lift up to 40 pounds on a daily basis. Preferred Qualifications - Bachelor degree in Fine Arts, Fashion Design, or Visual Communications, or commensurate experience. - 3D Design tool experience. - A diverse portfolio showcasing your ability to translate ideas into captivating fashion-forward set designs. The base pay for this position ranges from $47,700/year in our lowest geographic market up to $101,900/year in our highest geographic market. Pay is based on a number of factors including market location and may vary depending on job-related knowledge, skills, and experience. Amazon is a total compensation company.
