Job Description

We are looking for a dedicated and organized Front Desk Specialist to handle key tasks at our Central Business Office, ensuring smooth daily operations in our Home Health and Rehab facility.

Key Responsibilities:

• Answering Phones: Be the friendly voice of our company, assisting patients, families, and team members with their inquiries and ensuring exceptional customer service.
• Mailing HIPAA Documents: Maintain confidentiality and compliance by handling sensitive documents and mailing them promptly.
• Ordering Supplies: Manage inventory and ensure the timely ordering of medical and office supplies to keep operations running smoothly.
• Front Desk Support: Provide excellent front desk service, greeting visitors and ensuring an efficient check-in process for staff and clients alike.
• Cross-Training Opportunity: You’ll receive comprehensive training over the course of three months to master all aspects of the position. If you thrive in this role, there is the opportunity to transition into a fully remote position—giving you the flexibility to work from the comfort of your home while continuing to support our mission.

Hours - Monday through Friday 8:30-5 Onsite
