Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role based in Wendell, NC for a Sitework Estimator at Marks Clearing & Grading. The Sitework Estimator will be responsible for estimating costs, preparing bids, analyzing blueprints, conducting site visits, and collaborating with project managers to ensure accurate project estimates.

Qualifications

• Experience in estimating sitework costs and preparing bids
• Knowledge of clearing, grading, & utility installation

• Proficiency in analyzing blueprints and conducting site visits
• Strong attention to detail and accuracy in project estimates
• Excellent communication and collaboration skills
• Knowledge of sitework processes and industry standards
• Ability to multitask and work under pressure
• Relevant certifications in safety, sitework construction or estimating a plus
• Experience and proficiency with AGTEK Gradework, Underground, Highway, HCSS HeavyBiD, & Microsoft Office Applications
