Position: Slot Technician

Location : Chicago / Wisconsin

Pay Rate: $26-29/HR

Remote/On-site: Full -Time Remote with travel - Must be flexible for on-call, overtime, including evenings, weekends and Holidays as required.

• M-F and only time weekend travel COULD be a possibility is for a install project where they do a bunch all at once

Reason for Opening: Client is looking to expand their team.

Must Haves:

• Minimum of 1 year of experience working within the casino/gaming industry.
• Proficiency in repairing, installing, and maintaining gaming products, including slot machines and electro-mechanical assemblies.
• Ability to travel up to 75% of the time, including nights, weekends, and holidays as needed.
• Ability to lift and move up to 75 Ibs as well as work in a casino environment.
• Intermediate understanding and usage of Microsoft Office products.
• Proven customer service capabilities to interact with customers and clients independently.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills with both internal and external customers.
• Ability to obtain a gaming license in various jurisdictions as well as pass an intensive background check.

Plusses:

• Active or Inactive Gaming License in various jurisdictions

Day to Day:

Insight Global is looking for Field Service Slot Technicians to join our client’s team in Chicago or surrounding areas. The Field Service Technician is responsible for the installation, repair, and maintenance of gaming products within their assigned territory. This includes handling service calls, performing preventive maintenance, and participating in major product installations and conversions. The role involves significant travel and physical activity, such as lifting and moving equipment. An ideal candidate will have at least 1+ years of experience within a casino/gaming environment, specifically servicing slot machines and gaming equipment. Technicians also provide on-site training to customers, maintain accurate service records, and ensure compliance with gaming regulations. Additionally, they support trade shows, new product rollouts, and provide exceptional customer service to enhance our client's reputation in the industry.
