Role Overview

ThreadBeast is on the lookout for a driven Social Media Manager ready to lead social as a business-critical function—not just schedule posts and reply to comments and messages. In this role, you’ll architect our brand voice across Instagram, TikTok, YouTube, and Snapchat, creating innovative campaigns that merge growth, creative excellence, and authentic community engagement. As the strategic engine behind our social channels, you’ll collaborate with cross-functional teams to translate big-picture vision into compelling, on-trend content. In This Role, You Will

  • Strategize and execute a distinct channel strategy that sets us apart, weaving together organic social media, engagement, and conversion. 
  • Actively engage with our community, responding to inbound comments and messages promptly as well as grow our community with outward community engagement to brands and influencers.
  • Work directly with our Art Director to brief our creative team, ensuring content is captured that will deliver results and effectively hit KPIs.
  • Lead the strategic planning and execution of platform specific initiatives with a collective mindset, ensuring they remain on-brand.
  • Define clear, ambitious goals and metrics for each channel and adapt strategies accordingly to maximize impact and return on investment.
  • Oversee social media content calendars considering seasonal and cultural moments.
  • Concept engaging content and pair with creative and thoughtful captions and hashtags.
  • Provide insights on campaigns and projects to help refine strategies and approaches.
  • Inspire creativity and excellence in all aspects of communication, setting a high standard for quality, authenticity, and impact that reflects our commitment to being different.
  • Drive weekly, monthly, and quarterly reporting processes for social media results and work closely with the Head of Growth to provide insights, recommendations, and track against KPIs.
  • Work closely with the Influencer Marketing team to integrate influencer content to align with the drop calendar and other opportunities.

Three-Month Expectations

  • Grow social audience and engagement rates across all platforms by executing effective social campaigns.
  • Establish efficient workflows and content planning processes to improve productivity.
  • Implement tracking systems to measure performance and make data-driven decisions.

Six+ Month Expectations

  • Hone in on a long-term social media strategy that contributes to overall business growth.
  • Assess the need for additional team members and potentially lead the expansion of the social media team.

Qualifications

  • 3+ years OWNING and EXECUTING social media strategy for a brand—defining KPIs, driving growth, and continually optimizing content based on performance data.
  • Proficient in social media platforms: Instagram, TikTok, Facebook, X, YouTube, etc.
  • Strong content creation skills, including copywriting - captions and community engagement.
  • Excellent analytical skills; proven ability to interpret data and translate insights into actionable strategies. Experience with tools such as Dash Hudson, Canva, or other social platforms is a plus.
  • Highly organized with excellent project management abilities, able to manage multiple campaigns in a fast-paced environment.
  • Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills, including the ability to rally cross-functional teams around social initiatives.
  • A proactive self-starter who thrives in a fast-paced environment.
  • Prior experience mentoring junior team members and collaborating cross-functionally to achieve social KPIs.

The base salary range for this position is $80-110K per year which represents the current range for the base salary for this exempt position. Please note that actual salaries will vary based on factors including but not limited to location, experience, and performance. As such, on occasion and when applicable, there is the possibility that the final, agreed-upon base salary may be outside of the upper end of the range. Please also note the range listed is just one component of the company’s total rewards package for exempt employees. Other rewards may include performance bonuses, a PTO policy, and many other progressive benefits.
