This role is essential in ensuring a seamless and positive experience for every guest, whether they’re asking about menu items, orders, or employment opportunities. 

As we continue to grow, we are looking for a dynamic Social Media Manager to oversee and elevate our social media presence. If you are a creative and results-driven professional with a deep understanding of digital marketing and a passion for brand-building, we want to hear from you.

Position Summary

The Social Media Manager will be responsible for developing and executing social media strategies that align with GSR Group’s brand objectives and engage our target audiences. This role requires a combination of creativity, strategic thinking, and analytics to manage and grow our presence across various platforms. You will play a critical role in building the company’s digital footprint, increasing engagement, and driving brand awareness.

The ideal candidate is proactive, has a keen eye for trends, and can adapt content to fit the tone and goals of different social media platforms while maintaining a cohesive brand image.

Key Responsibilities

Content Strategy & Planning

  • Develop and execute a comprehensive social media strategy that aligns with overall marketing and business objectives.

  • Create and curate engaging content (text, images, video, etc.) for use across platforms such as Instagram, Facebook, Twitter, LinkedIn, YouTube, TikTok, and others .

  • Plan and manage a content calendar to ensure consistent and timely posting across channels.

  • Stay current with trends, social media features, and best practices to continuously refine and innovate strategies.

Community Management

  • Engage with followers and monitor conversations across social media channels, responding to comments, direct messages, and mentions in a timely and professional manner.

  • Foster and maintain positive relationships with online communities, influencers, and brand advocates.

  • Address customer inquiries and feedback on social platforms, collaborating with customer service teams when needed.

Analytics & Reporting

  • Monitor, track, and analyze social media metrics and KPIs to assess the effectiveness of content and campaigns.

  • Provide regular reports to management on social media performance, trends, and opportunities for growth.

  • Use data insights to refine social media strategies and optimize content performance.

Campaign Management & Paid Advertising

  • Collaborate with the marketing team to plan and execute social media advertising campaigns (e.g., Facebook Ads, Instagram Promotions, LinkedIn Ads).

  • Optimize ad campaigns for ROI, tracking metrics such as engagement, reach, conversion, and click-through rates.

  • Manage budgets for paid social campaigns, ensuring campaigns are executed within budget while achieving objectives.

Brand Voice & Consistency

  • Maintain consistency of voice, messaging, and brand aesthetics across all social media channels.

  • Work closely with graphic design, content creation, and PR teams to ensure cohesive branding and marketing materials across all digital platforms.

  • Promote GSR Group’s values, culture, and key messages through engaging storytelling on social media.

Collaboration & Leadership

  • Collaborate with other departments (e.g., sales, customer service, operations) to ensure social media initiatives align with broader organizational goals.

  • Mentor and support junior social media staff or interns when necessary.

  • Lead brainstorming sessions for new campaigns, trends, and ideas to maintain a competitive edge.

Qualifications & Skills

Required:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, or a related field.

  • 1+ years of experience in social media management, digital marketing, or related roles.

  • Proficiency in social media platforms, scheduling tools (e.g., Hootsuite, Buffer, Sprout Social), and analytics tools (e.g., Google Analytics, Facebook Insights).

  • Strong knowledge of social media trends, best practices, and content creation.

  • Experience with paid social media advertising and budget management.

  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with a strong attention to detail.

  • Creative mindset and ability to generate innovative ideas for engaging content.

Preferred:

  • Experience in [specific industry] (e.g., technology, real estate, retail).

  • Knowledge of SEO and content marketing strategies as they relate to social media.

  • Familiarity with design tools such as Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, etc.) or Canva .

  • Ability to adapt content for different audiences across multiple social platforms.

  • Multilingual proficiency is a plus.
