Chic Soul is looking for a creative, proactive, and detail-oriented Social Media Marketing Associate with 1-2 years of experience to join our team. This role will support day-to-day social media management, content creation, and publishing to help maintain and grow our brand's digital presence. This position is perfect for someone who is passionate about social media trends, building community online, digital design, and is looking to grow their career in a fast-paced & creative environment. 

Chic Soul is an online boutique that caters to fashionable women, sizes 12-22. We know the power that good clothes have to make a woman feel confident. We also know the struggle of finding on-trend clothing that fits and flatters women with curves. We believe that fashion is for ALL bodies, so celebrate your body & wear what makes your soul happy! 

Key Responsibilities: 

• Design engaging and on-brand social media content (static posts, GIFs, stories, reels, etc.) for our social media platforms: Instagram, TikTok, and Facebook.
• Schedule & post content consistently, aligned with brand messaging and campaign goals.
• Edit video & audio using editing software for social media content
• Develop engaging social media concepts (ex: UGC-style videos, selfies, trending audio, and viral compilations that resonate with our audience).
• Go live weekly across platforms with fun, interactive content concepts.
• Collaborate with the buying team, production team, and marketing team to produce engaging and high-performing creative assets that align with brand objectives and campaigns.
• Ensure all visuals, videos, and messaging align with brand voice and aesthetic.
• Stay ahead of social media trends and creatively incorporate them into original content.

Basic Qualifications: 

• 1-2 years of experience in marketing, social media marketing, or graphic design (internship experience counts!)
• Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communication, Digital Marketing, or a related field preferred
• Experience designing for social media, digital advertising, paid social content, or a related field preferred
• Experience in social media management 
• Experience in short form video content creation (filming & editing)

Additional Qualifications: 

• Experience using Google & Microsoft Suite application preferred, but not required.
• Experience in short form video content creation (filming and editing) preferred, but not required.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple projects at once.
• Passion for beauty, fashion, and digital marketing trends
