SUMMARY

We are looking for an innovative and detail-oriented Social Media Marketing Intern to join our team! This role involves managing and executing social media strategies that enhance brand visibility, engage audiences, and contribute to overall business growth. This internship offers valuable hands-on experience in social media and digital marketing.

RESPONSIBILITIES

• Social Media Management: Oversee and expand the company’s presence on platforms such as LinkedIn, Twitter, Facebook, and Instagram by developing and scheduling content tailored to target audiences.
• Content Creation & Branding: Develop compelling, visually appealing content that aligns with brand messaging and engages users.
• Graphic Design: Design creative assets, including social media graphics, web content, infographics, email templates, banners, and brochures.
• Cross-Team Collaboration: Work with sales, product management, and external partners to ensure marketing efforts align with customer needs.
• Performance Tracking & Analytics: Monitor and analyze campaign performance, using data insights to refine strategies and maximize engagement and ROI.
• Industry & Market Research: Stay informed about industry trends, competitor activities, and evolving digital marketing strategies.
• Administrative Support: Maintain a content calendar, ensuring deadlines and campaign goals are met.
• Additional Duties: Support other marketing initiatives as needed.

QUALIFICATIONS

• Pursuing or holding a degree in Marketing, Communications, Digital Media, or a related field.
• Familiarity with major social media platforms and their functionalities.
• Proficiency in graphic design software (e.g., Adobe Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign).
• Strong multitasking and organizational skills in a fast-paced environment.
• Ability to analyze data and identify trends to enhance marketing efforts.
• Adaptability to evolving business needs and marketing objectives.
• Strong communication skills, both written and verbal, with the ability to foster positive relationships internally and externally.
• Interest or experience in the pharmaceutical, biopharmaceutical, cosmetics, or personal care industries is a plus.
• Understanding of regulatory considerations within related industries is preferred.
