We are currently looking for a Spanish/ English Bilingual Industrial Project Manager at an industrial equipment manufacturer near Duluth, GA. Business-level proficiency in both Spanish and English language skill MUST.
Responsibilities of Spanish/ English Bilingual Industrial Project Manager:
· Coordinate the ongoing projects to meet the deadline in timely manner
· Assist in preparation of proposals and coordinate the ordering of materials and communicate with engineers and technicians participating in assigned projects
· Communicate with clients for any updates on project layout, progress, and share the updates with other departments related to the project – design change, shipping & receiving, pricing, schedule etc.
· Provide top customer service to clients and creatively resolve issues
· Show attention to detail
· Perform all other duties as assigned.
Requirements - Spanish/ English Bilingual Industrial Project Manager:
· Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Communication, or related field
· At least 1-3 years of industrial project management experience in manufacturing industry
· Project Management certification (PMP) will be huge plus
· Electrical engineering knowledge/ experience plus
· Strong MS EXCEL skills MUST and SAP ERP experience will be plus
· Business-level proficiency in Spanish and English (Speaking/ Listening/ Reading/ Writing)
· Strong communication, negotiation, presentation skills and time management are MUST
· Must have valid driver’s license with clean driving record
· Able to travel up to 25%
· Must be flexible and be able to work under a multicultural environment
