Now Hiring: Senior Appliance Service Professional – Nashville, TN

We’re looking for an experienced and motivated Senior Appliance Service Professional to join our growing Nashville team. In this role, you’ll be the trusted expert customers rely on to service and repair a wide range of household appliances—including washers, dryers, refrigerators, ovens, dishwashers, and more.

You’ll work closely with our customer experience team to deliver seamless, top-tier service—and make a meaningful impact in the lives of the homeowners we serve.

Key Responsibilities:

• Diagnose, service, and repair a variety of home appliances
• Conduct performance tests and troubleshoot issues such as leaks or electrical faults
• Disassemble appliances to inspect components for wear, damage, or corrosion
• Replace or repair motors, circuit boards, heating elements, belts, and more
• Use schematics, wiring diagrams, and diagnostic tools (e.g., multimeters)
• Ensure EPA compliance in refrigerant recovery and recycling
• Maintain a clean and fully stocked service vehicle
• Educate customers on repair options and preventive care
• Follow company systems and processes to ensure quality and efficiency

What We’re Looking For:

• 5+ years of experience in appliance repair, including sealed systems
• Strong diagnostic, technical, and mechanical skills
• Excellent communication and customer service abilities
• Organizational skills for accurate job documentation
• Willingness to mentor and collaborate with other technicians
• Commitment to safety, cleanliness, and professionalism
• A positive attitude and desire to grow with a supportive team
