About the Team:
The Demand Generation creative team consists of art directors and agency design contractors based in the U.S. and India. We craft materials that increase awareness, drive engagement, and build loyalty for our myriad audiences through accessible design and engaging digital experiences. We deliver paid and organic advertising, digital asset design and production, and creative toolkits—partnering closely with campaigns teams, external agencies, and interdisciplinary creatives specializing in copywriting, web design, branding, events, video/motion graphics, and account-based marketing (ABM).
About the Role:
The Sr. Creative Project Manager (PM) role will help coordinate the traffic, workflows, and capacity for creative design and production projects within marketing—interfacing regularly cross-team and with our agency partners to ensure a seamless and consistent brand-to-demand experience.
The role requires someone with strong communication and organization skills, who is highly self-motivated, detail-oriented, and open-minded—with a drive to optimize processes and maximize efficiency. This individual will exhibit a high level of initiative, working independently and in support of department goals and Client business objectives.
This individual will serve as a core connector and will identify and engage all project stakeholders throughout the project lifecycle. They will lend support to ensure contributors are motivated and enabled to deliver their best work, on time—ensuring project sponsors provide clear and complete requirements. The Sr. Creative PM will anticipate what a designer needs to fulfill a given request and can effectively identify/rectify gaps in advance of assignment. Similarly, they will provide rigorous quality assurance to ensure client specifications are met prior to delivery.
This position reports to the Creative Director, Demand Generation.
Key Responsibilities Include:
Plan and coordinate all design work for the Demand Generation team.
Coordinate project deliverables between Demand Gen, agencies, and marketing.
Set up and manage creative projects and tasks in Workfront.
Act as first-line point-of-contact for creative project inquiries and escalations.
Hold weekly status meetings and manage the daily task and approval schedules.
Ensure thoroughness and accuracy of incoming project docs and creative briefs; request additional information as needed.
Establish Workfront schedules with the Creative Director, creative team leads, contributors, and other team members.
Develop, implement, and maintain Project Management (PM) procedures; eliminate redundant efforts and introduce efficiencies into the brand-to-demand creative process.
Review submitted design deliverables for stylistic consistency and standards compliance; provide approvals and/or guidance as needed.
Track budget spend against allocation; assess usage and make quarterly recommendations.
Ensure timely issuance of purchase orders and invoices and approve work reports.
Manage production and vendor team(s) working on a given project; analyze project output and provide reports.
Host regular conference calls and in-person meetings with stakeholders and reviewers to ensure cross-team alignment.
Requirements:
7+ years experience in marketing Account Management or Creative Project Management on a B2B account, in-house agency, or creative marketing department
Excellent organizational skills
Flexible / Self-starter / Proactive
Amazing people-management and networking skills
Deep knowledge of the entire marketing creative and production process
Deep knowledge of creative marketing campaign development
Fluency with Workfront and similar PM platforms
Experience with Google Drive/Docs/Sheets, Slack, Outlook, Figma, and Creative Cloud
Smart Sheet knowledge is a plus
Logical thinker with can-do attitude
Strong communication skills (verbal and written)
Strong troubleshooting and problem solving skills
