This position is almost entirely remote, with a few days per month onsite expected in the offices near Media, PA to attend meetings.

What You’ll Be Doing:

As a Financial Analyst, you’ll be at the heart of our financial planning and decision-making. You’ll work cross-functionally with business leaders to forecast performance, uncover insights, and shape the financial future of the company.

Your responsibilities will include:

• Designing and maintaining dynamic dashboards and financial models in Power BI to drive visibility and accountability across departments.
• Leading efforts in financial forecasting, budgeting, and long-term planning that guide strategic decisions.
• Partnering with department heads to provide actionable insights and support business case development for new initiatives.
• Monitoring key financial and operational KPIs and highlighting trends, anomalies, and opportunities.
• Supporting monthly, quarterly, and annual financial reporting cycles, ensuring accuracy and clarity.
• Helping drive automation and efficiency across financial reporting and planning processes.

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or a related field (MBA or CFA is a plus).
• 2+ years of relevant experience in financial planning & analysis (FP&A), preferably in healthcare or tech.
• Proficiency in Power BI with a strong track record of building interactive dashboards and models.
• Advanced Excel skills and familiarity with financial systems (e.g., NetSuite, Adaptive Insights, or similar).
