Summary of Position

Charlie Hustle is more than a local t-shirt company. We aim to celebrate your story by using apparel as our canvas. Our clothing paired with unique designs are what make us a fan favorite. It's why we're looking for a talented, enthusiastic, and dedicated illustrator to join our team. This is a full-time position.

Responsibilities include assisting the management team in:

• Product Design, including illustration and ensuring optimal success.
• Designer Management, as it relates to design inspiration and updating AirTable base.
• Brand Identity, as it relates to making sure all CH designs are on-brand.
• Design Concepting, including coordinating feedback to ensure efficiency.
• Collaboration, including soliciting feedback, following licensing rules, and managing risk.
• Liaising with the Product Manager and Product Team on new designs and ideas.
• Undertaking relevant research and generating product design ideas.
• Drawing initial designs for approval according to requirements.
• Participate in design briefs with clients and/or team members.
• Ensure illustrations and designs meet quality, design, and approval standards.
• Ensure designs follow process standards, by the due date set by the Product Manager.

Qualifications:

• Collaborative attitude, receptive to feedback and direction.
• High-level drawing skills with an attention to detail (both by hand and digital pen).
• Proficient in Adobe Suite and Procreate.
• Possess a positive attitude and ethics, which support our values and culture.
• Strong time-management skills; ability to multi-task, prioritize, and organize.
• Collaborative attitude, receptive to feedback and direction..
• High-level drawing skills with an attention to detail (both by hand and digital pen).
