Job Description

My client has an immediate need for an electrical construction Sr. Project Manager ($10M - $80M Portfolio), as well as a PM ($3M - $20M Portfolio) for commercial electrical jobs.

Job Duties:

• Oversee, direct, and be able to run electrical projects from beginning to end
• Read and understand weekly labor report, project and influence field labor
• Wants to learn proprietary forms, systems, reports, means and methods, and “rules” of company
• Build long term customer relationships by consistently meeting expectations and offering innovative solutions

Preferred Job Requirements:

• $2-7+ yrs Electrical Project Management – hard bid or design build commercial electrical projects
• $7-20+ yrs for Sr. PM
• Experience "Running" large commercial projects required
• Estimating experience, Accubid preferred
• Strong Union labor management skills
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills
• Ability to work independently as well as team environment
• Ability to present in a professional manner and represent the company image
