Their team is growing, and they are looking for a skilled Structural Revit Technician to join them and contribute to the delivery of high-quality engineering solutions.

About the Role:

As a Structural Revit Technician, you will play a key role in the development and production of detailed structural models and drawings for a variety of projects, including commercial, residential, and industrial developments. You will work closely with the engineering team to ensure the seamless integration of design and construction processes, leveraging your expertise in Revit to bring designs to life.

Key Responsibilities:

• Develop and maintain accurate 3D models and 2D drawings using Revit for structural projects.
• Collaborate with structural engineers to interpret design concepts and ensure accurate implementation in the model.
• Produce detailed construction documents, including plans, sections, and elevations.
• Coordinate with other disciplines (MEP, architectural, etc.) to ensure seamless integration and resolve any design conflicts.
• Assist in the preparation of design and construction documentation for review and approval.
• Ensure that all work meets the required standards, codes, and regulations.

Requirements:

• Proven experience working with Revit in a structural engineering environment.
• Strong understanding of structural design principles and construction methods.
• Proficient in AutoCAD, Revit, and other relevant software.
• Experience in developing 3D models and 2D construction drawings.
• Knowledge of local building codes and regulations.
• Excellent communication and collaboration skills.
• Detail-oriented with the ability to work under tight deadlines.
