What We Do:

As a retained executive search firm, we partner with clients in the professional services and education industries to place C-Level Executives and Board Members as well as top level individual contributors. We collaborate with our clients to identify their most urgent, critical hiring needs and then craft a compelling message to represent their brand in the marketplace. We act as their ambassador as we contact and screen candidates on their behalf, presenting them with those most qualified. Our team will work with both the candidate and client throughout the entire hiring process.

Summer Internship Program Description:

Rice Cohen International is hiring summer interns for our program which runs from June-August 2025. The summer internship program at our firm has been around for 10+ years, offering high-potential undergraduate students valuable work experience. Interns are expected to be in office Monday – Thursday each week.

As a summer intern, you will be directly supporting our client initiatives. You will be reporting into Maddy Mulligan, one of our Senior Executive Search Consultants, and participating in search-related activities, such as:

• Screening executive-level candidates
• Conducting research and assisting in sourcing executive-level candidates
• Participating in business development initiatives for the firm
• Crafting industry-specific PowerPoint presentations
• Completing other strategic projects for the firm

Our internship program is especially pertinent to those students interested in pursuing careers in human resources, sales, relationship management, research, or consulting after graduation.

Our Ideal Candidate:

• Exceptional communication skills and writing abilities
• A performance-driven and collaborative attitude, a strategic self-starter
• Previous sales, relationship management, client service, or research experience
• 3 years of college experience
• Commutable to our Yardley, PA office
