  • Communication: Exceptional written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to simplify complex data and translate it into strategic insights for diverse audiences.
  • Analytical Mindset: Ability to analyze large data sets, identify trends, and use data to inform decision-making. Strong Excel skills (pivot tables, formulas, macros) are essential.
  • Agility: Ability to shift seamlessly between strategic, tactical, and operational responsibilities, with a focus on executing high-level plans while managing day-to-day operational details.
  • Problem Solving: Strong decision-making abilities, particularly in ambiguous or high-pressure situations, with a proactive approach to issue resolution.
  • Collaboration: Superior interpersonal skills with experience building relationships across teams, functions, and regions.
  • Systems Knowledge: Familiarity with SAP ERP systems is preferred; proficiency in planning tools and software is a plus.
  • Adaptability: Comfort working in a dynamic, fast-paced environment and managing multiple priorities simultaneously.

What You Will Bring

  • Experience: 2-4 years of relevant supply/inventory planning or supply chain experience.
  • Skills: Strong analytical skills, Excel proficiency, experience with SAP ERP (preferred), and an ability to communicate complex information clearly and effectively.
  • Agility: Ability to think strategically while managing tactical and operational aspects of supply and inventory planning.
  • Collaborative: Proven ability to work across teams and geographies to drive positive business outcomes.
  • Problem-Solving: Ability to identify issues, analyze data, and make informed decisions in a fast-moving environment.
  • Process Improvement: A mindset of continuous improvement, with the drive to streamline processes and enhance planning systems.
  • Bachelor’s degree or equivalent combination of education, experience, or training.

What You Will Work On

  • End-to-End Supply & Inventory Planning: Oversee the regular (weekly/bi-weekly) purchasing of finished goods, ensuring timely and efficient execution to support Consumer x Field of Play (FoP) strategies.
  • Supply Health Management: Create purchase orders, adjust supply parameters, and analyze opportunities for optimizing supply efficiency. Manage tradeoffs related to delivery timing and revenue opportunities, ensuring healthy inventory levels through proactive decision-making.
  • Cross-functional Collaboration: Work closely with Consumer x FoP teams, DSM counterparts, Supply Chain, Merchandising, Brand, and Global Supply & Manufacturing Partners to ensure alignment on inventory targets and delivery expectations.
  • Data Analysis & Reporting: Leverage multiple reports and dashboards to track key metrics, identify risks, and drive solutions to ensure on-time delivery and inventory productivity. Provide regular updates to business partners on inventory status and performance.
  • Problem Solving & Escalation: Address and resolve operational challenges, escalating issues as needed to ensure timely purchasing, on-time delivery, and overall inventory health.
  • Process Improvement: Contribute to continuous process improvements by identifying opportunities to streamline workflows, optimize planning tools, and refine inventory management practices.
