Job Description

Schedule: Monday–Thursday, 7:00 AM – 1:00 PM. Responsibilities:

• Prepare a variety of sushi rolls for daily buffet service
• Work independently and manage prep, production, and presentation
• Ensure freshness, quality, and consistent portioning
• Maintain proper food safety, sanitation, and cleanliness standards
• Set up and break down sushi station daily
• Monitor ingredients and communicate needs for ordering Requirements:
• Prior experience as a sushi chef (roll-focused experience preferred)
• Ability to work alone and manage time efficiently
• Strong knowledge of food safety and sanitation
• Reliable, punctual, and consistent
• Authorized to work in the U.S.
