Pay rate: $40- $45/hr. (Negotiable)

Overview:
We are seeking an experienced Technical Recruiter to locate, recruit, interview, and hire professional, managerial, and technical talent across North America. The ideal candidate has strong full-cycle recruiting experience in technical or sales-related industries, with a proven ability to manage high-volume requisitions and build diverse pipelines.


Key Responsibilities:


  • Manage full-cycle recruiting for multiple functions (sales, technical, and professional roles) across varied locations.
  • Partner with Hiring Managers to develop and execute effective sourcing and hiring strategies.
  • Source candidates through job boards, databases, Boolean searches, referrals, and social media.
  • Conduct pre-submittal interviews to assess candidate fit and viability.
  • Serve as a trusted recruiting advisor to business leaders and HR partners.
  • Utilize ATS tools (Workday experience preferred) to manage candidate workflow.
  • Build and maintain a robust talent pipeline for future needs.

Qualifications:


  • Bachelor’s degree and/or 4+ years of recruiting experience in agency, corporate, or startup environments.
  • Strong expertise in technical and/or sales recruiting; experience in video sales or access control recruiting is a plus.
  • Excellent communication, organization, and stakeholder management skills.
  • Self-driven, results-oriented, and able to work independently with minimal supervision.
