100% Remote

Job Description:

As a Technical Writer you will collaborate closely with product managers, engineers, and other stakeholders to create clear, concise, and comprehensive integration guides. Your work will ensure that our clients can seamlessly integrate our technology into their environments. You should have a technical background, with the ability to read and write basic sample code, as well as the capability to create detailed flowcharts and other visual aids to complement your documentation. Past Solution Engineers, Technical PMs with good writing skills welcome to apply.

Requirements:

• Proven experience as a Technical Writer, particularly in creating technical documentation for software products.
• Strong technical skills, including the ability to read and write basic code in languages such as Python, JavaScript, or similar.
• Experience with API documentation and understanding of RESTful services.
• Proficiency in creating flowcharts and diagrams using tools like Lucidchart, Visio, or similar.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Strong attention to detail and ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Familiarity with version control systems (e.g., Git) and documentation tools (e.g., Markdown, Confluence, etc.).
• Bachelor’s degree in a technical field such as Computer Science, Engineering, or equivalent practical experience.

Pay Transparency:

The typical base pay for this role across the U.S. is: $ 35.00- $ 37.00/hr. Final offer amounts, within the base pay set forth above, are determined by factors including your relevant skills, education and experience and the benefits package you select. Full-time employees are eligible to select from different benefits packages. Packages may include medical, dental, and vision benefits, 10 paid days off, 401(k) plan participation, commuter benefits and life and disability insurance.
