We combine telehealth physicians , in-home paramedics , and RN care managers to drastically reduce hospitalizations, readmissions, and healthcare costs—while improving lives.
We’re seeking Board-Certified Physicians to deliver acute care remotely via telehealth, in partnership with on-site paramedics.

✔️ Conduct remote assessments and manage acute conditions
✔️ Collaborate with paramedics providing hands-on care
✔️ Create personalized treatment plans and prevent readmissions
✔️ Communicate with care teams to ensure continuity
✔️ Document encounters and use multiple EMRs
Hands-on Physical Exams
Bedside Ultrasound
IV Meds & Access
Respiratory Support
CLIA-Waived Blood Tests
Viral/Bacterial Swabs
Catheter, G-Tube & Central Line Care
Minimum Availability: 4 shifts/month (including 1 weekend shift/month)
Shift Hours: 12-hour shifts between 9 AM – 9 PM
Flexible Scheduling: 7 days/week
Must-Have:
MD or DO with Board Certification (EM, IM, FM)
Comfortable with multiple EMRs
Excellent communication & clinical decision-making
Telehealth or home-based care experience
2 Years Experience
Active license in NY, PA, or LA
Prefer PA or LA
Nice-to-Have:
Direct experience working with EMS responders Quiet, professional, HIPAA-compliant setting
Reliable internet + quality webcam & mic
Good lighting + professional appearance
We support multi-state licensing and will coordinate much of the process. You’ll need to respond promptly to licensing and credentialing requests (e.g., documentation, fingerprints, etc.).
$75/hr, + $75 per visit after first 4 visits
