Do you have strong critical thinking skills and a high level of attention to detail?

Then the team at Texas Title Solutions needs you!

Texas Title Solutions is seeking a full-time, US-based, contract Data Entry Specialist to support operations by accurately interpreting and entering information from legal real estate documents. If you thrive in detail-oriented, repetitive work and want a stable, consistent position, this could be the perfect opportunity for you!

Responsibilities

  • Identify and extract relevant information while maintaining formatting consistency
  • Maintain high levels of typing accuracy and speed
  • Participate in weekly team calls within the U.S. CST time zone hours
  • Communicate effectively and ask questions when clarification is needed
  • Collaborate with team members while maintaining a positive and professional attitude

Requirements

This position is for someone who is:

  • Highly organized and detail-oriented
  • Proactive and comfortable asking questions when necessary
  • Critical thinker with strong analytical skills
  • Efficient and enjoys structured, repetitive tasks
  • Excellent in reading and writing English, with proficiency in transcribing cursive handwriting
  • Comfortable working independently while also being a team player

Additional requirements:

  • Minimum of 2 years of data entry experience (preferably in a secretarial role or heavy data entry)
  • Interest in real estate is helpful but not required
  • Must have reliable internet access and necessary tools for remote work
  • Must be able to work overlapping hours with CST time zone

This position is NOT for someone who:

  • Doesn’t  follow directions
  • Not able to work independently
  • Needs significant training
  • Is not able to figure things out on their own
  • Needs lots of structure and direction

Software Utilized by the Company

MS Teams, Excel, Dropbox, Microsoft Office, Google Workspace, WhatsApp

Interview Process

This role involves a multi-step interviewing process, which will include:

  • A typing accuracy test to ensure efficiency
  • Critical thinking assessment to gauge problem-solving abilities
  • Attention to detail evaluation to verify document interpretation skills
  • Virtual interview with IntegrateUp
  • Virtual interview with Texas Title Solutions

Offer Details

  • Full-time, 40 hours per week
  • $20 per hour (Contractor position, no benefits)
  • Fully remote role with required weekly check-ins

If you're detail-oriented, analytical, and looking for a stable, engaging role in legal real estate data entry, we’d love to hear from you!
