Prolink is partnered with an outstanding company based out of Huntsville, AL that is seeking Tool and Die Maintenance Technicians to join our Stamping Maintenance team! We are looking for candidates who can react quickly to maintenance needs and function effectively in a fast-paced environment.

This is a Direct Hire position.

Hiring: Rotating Shifts, Every 4 Weeks . (2 Day shift and 1 Night Shift rotation)

Responsibilities:

• Perform Routine Maintenance and repairs on equipment and machinery
• Conduct inspections to identify issues and ensure proper functioning
• Troubleshoot / diagnose – Electrical and Mechanical
• Respond to service calls
• Fabricate and install parts/components to repair and improve machines

Requirements:

• High school Diploma/GED/Equivalent Required.
• Technical school training preferred.
• Automotive Manufacturing Industry preferred.
• 2-5 years of Electrical Skills, hydraulic, and pneumatic – Electrical Systems, high/low voltage.
• 2-5 years of experience and skills with Robotics and Stamping Presses – Troubleshooting, Repairing, diagnosing, etc.
• 2-5 years of PLC Troubleshooting
• Experience with HMI’s, Fanuc, Allen Bradley, and Siemens PLCs
• Familiarity with Industrial Machinery and equipment.
• Welding Experience.
