Position: Youth Sports Photographer/ Sales Rep

Location: Lafayette, LA

Type: Contract

Work Schedule: Thursday to Monday

Responsibilities:

• Capture high-quality images according to requirements.
• Travel to various locations to attend events and sessions.
• Set up photographic equipment and ensure all conditions are met for perfect shots.
• Work closely with clients to understand their vision and expectations.
• Sell photography packages and add-ons to clients.
• Resolve any issues that arise during shoots promptly and efficiently.

Qualifications:

• Proven experience in entry level photography.
• Sales experience, preferably in a commission-based role.
• Exceptional problem-solving skills and the ability to adapt to dynamic situations.
• Willingness to travel for assignments.
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
• Must be available to work from Thursday to Monday.

Compensation:

• Commission-based pay with guaranteed minimums.
• Travel expenses covered for all assignments, we operate in 47 states.
