Insight Global is seeking a UI/UX Designer to join a global technology company. This role will be gathering requirements in collaboration with the product manager and engineers, focus on the end user experience while illustrating design ideas via storyboards, process flows and site maps. Including graphic UI elements such as menus, tabs, widgets and building a navigation page with buttons and search fields. They would be developing designs, mockups and prototypes to present to internal teams and stakeholders and then work with the development team for these designs to come to life while keeping modern architecture in mind. Will also be taking feedback on designs and working in a heavily collaborative environment to adjust accordingly and identify and troubleshoot UX problems and adhere to style standards. The goal of this work would be to collaborate on the design aspects to help expand internal offerings as well as service offerings to external customers and working in a fast paced environment on multiple projects at a time.

Skills and Requirements
At least 2-4 Years of experience with UI/UX Design
Experience with ADA and Accessibility UI UX Design. Including WCAG Guidelines (Contrast, Color, Visual Cues, Typography, Interactive Elements, Consistent Navigation, Alt text for images, Keyboard navigation and responsive design)
Experience with HTML, CSS and Javascript
Illustrate design ideas with storyboards, process flows and sitemaps
Create UI Mockups and Prototypes as well as original graphic designs null
