Position Title: UiPath developer
Location: Greenwich, CT
Status: Contract —6 to 12 months, with the opportunity for possible conversion to permanent/full-time employment with the client.
Status: Onsite or Hybrid
Shift / Schedule: TBD
Pay Range: US $40 - $70 /hr W-2

Requirements / Who we are looking for:  
Our client is seeking a UI Pathe developer the role within the team will be responsible for assisting in driving the adoption and implementation of Robotic Process Automation across the company.

• 1+ years of experience of automation development utilizing the UiPath tool. 
• Experience working with gathering requirements and implementing solutions in a systematic way. 
• Analytics driven - can measure the impact of RPA solution on processes and teams. 
• Intellectual curiosity - ask the why to help get to the best solution vs. just doing. 
• Technical understanding of APIs, HTML, and system integrations. 
• Integration experience and knowledge in how systems efficiently communicate. 
• Strong prioritization and project management skills, including timely and proactive communication of timelines, and status. 
• RPA and UiPath Experience or a strong desire to learn is a plus. 
• Python, .Net, C++, Java, HTML, JavaScript, PHP, XML and XSD, and a working knowledge of REST API.
• Understanding of document object model. 
• Integration Experience with S3 buckets a plus. 

Performance Objectives / What you'll be doing:  

In this highly visible role, you’ll be responsible for: 

• Design and code and automate functions utilizing UiPath 
• Execute the staging and deployment of automation solutions in both sandbox and live environments. 
• Identify and analyze business requirements, ensure they are clearly articulated with proposed potential solutions. 
• Collect data from various sources and have a continuous process improvement mindset. 
• Build and create a priority roadmap of Intelligent Automation Process Candidates 
• Communicate with internal stakeholders to understand business needs and user requirements. 
• Contribute to the design and testing of RPA Processes 
• Identify ways to improve performance and robustness. 
• Participate in code reviews and lead progress update meetings. 
• Offer technical solutions, effort estimation, and outline delivery strategy and plans. 
• Provide dedicated support and configuration assistance post-production. 
• Create documentation and user guides for RPA processes.
