We're looking for a University Sourcer to join University Talent Program team.
The University Sourcer will focus on hiring for our intern class and will also handle a variety of tasks from campus events and identifying high-potential candidates to helping run Internship Program.
Responsibilities include:
Carry out outreach events across the US to support company objectives. Includes conveying the importance and impact on the world around us, and why is a great place to grow one's career.
Partner with hiring teams to understand business needs, develop hiring strategy, coach interviewing teams.
Implement sourcing strategies to identify high-potential and high-performing students, paying particular attention to diversity initiatives.
Identify and recruit talent from colleges and universities, both online and in-person, for internship positions.
Assist with University Talent Program activities and events, including creating a remarkable summer intern experience across all US sites.

Education requirement: BA or BS from a 4-year college/university.
