We are seeking a highly skilled and adaptable UX Researcher to join our collaborative team. As part of a group that supports product design across a wide range of enterprise applications, including content supply chain, finance, data, and SaaS tools, you will play a crucial role in shaping impactful user experiences. The ideal candidate will have a strong ability to navigate through ambiguity, turn assumptions into actionable insights, and work with diverse teams to translate user needs into effective strategies. Responsibilities

• Conduct UX research and present insights, linking them to actionable steps that directly influence experience strategy.
• Conduct usability tests and present findings to ensure user-friendliness and drive adoption.
• Produce key documentation, including user flows, personas, slides, etc., to inform the interaction design process.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in UX Research or a related field.
• 5+ years of relevant user research experience working on digital experiences, with a proven track record of generating actionable insights that resulted in measurable product improvements.
• Professional experience translating user needs into AI strategies.
• Expertise in a broad range of research methodologies, both qualitative and quantitative, across various stages of product development (pre- and post-product launch).
• Ability to collaborate closely with cross-functional teams, driving alignment around user needs and integrating peers into the research process.
• Experience planning and leading cross-functional activities such as design sprints or similar exercises.
• Excellent communication skills (written, verbal, listening, interpersonal) and the ability to effectively present to executive audiences.

Additional Details

The base range for this contract position is $48 - $58/per hour, depending on experience.

Our pay ranges are determined by role, level, and location. The range displayed on each job posting reflects the minimum and maximum target for new hires of this position across all US locations. Within the range, individual pay is determined by work location and additional factors, including job-related skills, experience, and relevant education or training. Qualified applicants with arrest or conviction records will be considered
