About the Role
At TheCRM, we prioritize creating intuitive, user-centric designs that enhance our clients’ experience with our CRM platform. As a UX/UI Designer, you will play a critical role in designing interfaces that are not only visually appealing but also functional and user-friendly. This role focuses exclusively on UX/UI design for software —we’re looking for design experts, not website designs or developers , who have significant experience in crafting exceptional user experiences.
Qualifications
• Proven experience in software UX/UI design
• Strong portfolio showcasing UX/UI design work specifically for software applications.
• Deep understanding of user-centered design principles, usability, and accessibility standards.
• Ability to create detailed wireframes, mockups, and prototypes.
• Excellent communication skills and the ability to present and explain design concepts effectively.
• A collaborative mindset and the ability to work seamlessly within a cross-functional team.
• Must be based in Los Angeles and able to work onsite at our Beverly Hills office.
