🚨 Senior Valuation Analyst / Valuations Manager 🚨
📍 Location: Towson, MD (hybrid)
💰 Compensation: $110K - $160K base + bonus

What We're Looking For:
✔ 3-7 years of experience in valuation, either from:
Key Responsibilities:
📌 Prepare and maintain valuation models for private companies and public warrants
📌 Work directly with the investment team on valuation processes
📌 Assist in financial reporting, quarterly fair value disclosures, and process improvements
📌 Engage with auditors and internal valuation committees
