Job Description

We’re looking for a hands-on Warehouse Manager to lead our Brownsburg, IN distribution operations with energy, precision, and accountability. If you’re someone who leads by example, thrives in fast-paced environments, and knows how to keep teams and inventory moving efficiently, we want to hear from you.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Lead daily operations: Actively manage shipping, receiving, order fulfillment, and inventory flow.
  • Be on the floor: Work side-by-side with your team to set the pace and maintain high standards.
  • Ensure accuracy: Oversee order checking, packing, and documentation to minimize errors and delays.
  • Oversee shipping & receiving: Ensure all inbound and outbound shipments are accurate, timely, and properly documented.
  • Conduct inventory audits: Perform regular cycle counts and spot checks to maintain inventory integrity.
  • Hold team accountable: Set clear expectations, provide coaching, and address performance issues promptly and professionally.
  • Drive safety and efficiency: Promote a clean, organized, and safe work environment while identifying areas for process improvement.
Qualifications:
  • Proven experience in warehouse or distribution center management
  • Strong leadership skills with a hands-on, lead-by-example approach
  • Familiarity with WMS systems, shipping platforms, and inventory control
  • Ability to lift up to 50 lbs and work in a physically active environment
  • Excellent communication and problem-solving skills
  • Forklift certification preferred
