The Role

Location: Work From Home

Employment Type: Full-Time (Remote)

Salary: $1,200 - $1,500 USD/month (based on experience)

What You’ll Do:

• Provide daily website maintenance and ensure uptime across platforms
• Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues (WordPress, plugins, page errors, loading speed, etc.)
• Collaborate with content and SEO teams to implement updates and technical improvements
• Monitor website performance and user experience
• Coordinate with developers for larger fixes or upgrades
• Maintain documentation of processes and issue resolutions

Ideal Profile

What We’re Looking For:

• Proven experience in website or technical support (WordPress experience preferred)
• Basic understanding of HTML/CSS/JavaScript is a plus
• Strong problem-solving and communication skills
• Familiarity with SEO tools and website analytics is a bonus
• Ability to work independently and respond promptly to issues
• Excellent time management and attention to detail
