This position gives you a first class training in the wedding business while also providing you with highly competitive pay. We're looking for someone who:

• Loves weddings!
• Loves people, too! Weddings are a people business.
• Pulls their sleeves up and works hard (because while weddings are mostly glitz and glamour, there is plenty of work to do, too).
• Works weekends (our couples get married on Fridays, Saturdays and Sundays)
• Shows up on time, every time (couples plan for their big day far in advance and they are counting on us to be there for them, on time, when that big day comes)
• Likes to smile (in all seriousness, if you have RBF, we kindly request you not apply; brides do not like RBF on their wedding day)
• Teachable and NOT a know-it-all, especially if you have previous wedding industry experience. Some of our best people did not have a wedding background and we trained them into the finest professionals in the space. We value previous experience so long as you don't come in, acting like you already know everything, and are not willing to listen to us.
