IDR is seeking a Windows Systems Administrator to join one of our top clients in McKinney, TX. This person will be responsible for installing, configuring, and maintaining both physical and virtual server infrastructure, ensuring its availability, security, performance, and reliability.
Position Overview:
The Systems Administrator will join the Infrastructure team as one of three total Systems Administrators. They run on Microsoft for their systems and workstations and they have over 300 servers; Most are hyperconverged so they have a mix of both physical and virtualized servers. They currently have some VMWare in their environment but they’re phasing that out and moving to Nutanix.
