About the Role : We’re looking for an Account Executive to join our team. As an AE, you’ll play a critical role in selling our innovative platform to HR leaders, helping them leverage our tool to optimize their benefits strategy and showcase their commitment to employees. You’ll be a trusted advisor to clients, building strong relationships and demonstrating how our product can solve their challenges.

The ideal candidate has been selling into HR for at least 2 years with a deep understanding of employee benefits.

Key Responsibilities:

• Own the full sales cycle: From prospecting to closing deals with HR leaders, benefits managers, and other decision-makers.
• Consultative Selling: Understand prospects’ challenges, present tailored solutions, and demonstrate the value of our platform in helping them compete in today’s job market.
• Market Expertise: Develop a deep understanding of the HR landscape, benefits trends, and competitive benchmarking to position our tool as a must-have resource.
• Achieve and Exceed Targets: Meet sales quotas while contributing to the team’s overall growth goals.

What We’re Looking For:

• Proven sales experience, ideally in SaaS or selling into HR or employee benefits.
• A consultative, solution-oriented sales approach with the ability to engage senior HR and benefits professionals. Excellent communication, presentation, and relationship-building skills.
• Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, high-growth environment.
• Passion for helping companies improve their benefits strategies and attract top talent.
