Job Description

Position: Account Manager (Client Relations)
Type: Office-based administrative role (no outside sales or fieldwork)

Primary Responsibilities:

• Handle administrative tasks related to personal insurance policies (auto & home)
• No sales or outside visits required
• Process insurance applications, cancellations, and renewals
• Assist with new policy enrollments and existing client care
• Gather necessary information for accident reports, address changes, and cancellations

Office Location:

Cypress, CA

Requirements:

Professional-level proficiency in Japanese

Professional-level proficiency in English

Experience in the insurance industry

Work Schedule:

Monday Friday, 9:00 AM 5:00 PM

• Standard 8-hour workday (with flexibility to finish early if tasks are completed)
• Fully remote position

Compensation:

$45,000 $50,000 per year
