We’re a thriving, cash-based neighborhood clinic in the heart of Ballard, Seattle, focused on empowering women through every life stage—from fertility, pregnancy, and postpartum to peri/menopausal care. We’re seeking a part-time practitioner to join our team who is eager to provide comprehensive Chinese medicine care with a focus on reproductive & women's health. Compensation & Benefits: • 60/40 revenue split (employee status)- 40% for employee (Approx $100 new patients & $60 return patients) • 10% commission on product and herbal sales • 4 paid holidays (Christmas Day, Thanksgiving Day, New Year's Day & Independence Day) • 2 weeks paid time off- $30/hr holiday pay • Simple IRA retirement plan with employer matching after 1 year • Supportive, collaborative team culture • Opportunity for schedule expansion over time Responsibilities: • Provide acupuncture and herbal treatments, specializing in fertility and women’s health • Offer general health and pain management care • Maintain accurate, compliant patient records • Stay current with best practices and research in Chinese medicine Qualifications: What We’re Looking For: We’re seeking a warm, enthusiastic, and skilled practitioner interested in a  long-term opportunity with room to grow. Ideal candidates will be confident in their clinical skills, communicative, and committed to patient-centered care. Requirements: • Master’s or Doctorate in Acupuncture and Chinese Medicine • NCCAOM certification • Active WA state acupuncture license • Proficiency in Chinese herbal medicine • Malpractice insurance coverage • NOT insurance credentialed (cash-based clinic that offers Superbills to patients) Preferred Qualifications: • 1+ year of clinical experience • CE or interest in women’s health, fertility, and obstetrics • ABORM certification (or interest in pursuing it) • Point injection therapy certification in WA (or interest in obtaining) Hours Available: Saturday 10-3 pm, Wednesday OR Thursday 10-3 pm.
