Ag Loan Officer

Compensation:
* Competitive state banking survey-based salary + up to 30% bonus

Requirements:
* Evidence of education and learning, Bachelor's degree preferred
* Minimum 2 years' experience in actual commercial and farm lending, agricultural and commercial, C & I lending preferred
* Other progressive advancements in banking career evidence helpful
* Business development activity
* Desire to commit to the community helpful
* Evidence of agricultural knowledge desired
