Position will support a Property Manager for a Class A Office portfolio.

Responsibilities and Duties

• Maintaining tenant and vendor relations
• Communicating with tenants on various work order requests
• Following up with vendors to ensure appropriate services provided
• Processing tenant move-in and move-outs
• Coding invoices
• Coordinating vendor services
• Following up on accounts receivable
• Reviewing vendor bids and selecting contractors
• Coordinating preventative maintenance
• Assisting with CAM preparation
• Preparing budgets
• Coordinating tenant events
• Ensuring certificates of insurance and business licenses are up to date
• Assisting with various specialty projects

Qualifications and Skills

• BA or BS degree
• 2-5+ years in commercial property management
• Ability to work well with a team
• Ability to work well under deadlines
• Strong customer service skills
• MRI or related software experience preferred
