Our hospice team focuses on the physical, emotional, and spiritual well-being of both our clients and their families. As a Hospice Aide (CNA) , you’ll play a vital role in providing compassionate, dignified care and ensuring continuity of care in collaboration with our nurse case managers.

What You’ll Do

• Provide personal care (bathing, dressing, toileting, feeding, etc.) according to the Hospice Aide Plan of Care
• Document care and services provided in line with agency policies
• Communicate any changes or concerns to the case manager (or designee)
• Safely use durable medical equipment
• Maintain accurate records of services performed and the patient’s condition

What We’re Looking For

• At least 18 years of age
• Missouri CNA certification (required)
• Hospice or long-term care experience (preferred)
• Valid driver’s license
• Willingness to travel up to 60 miles on occasion from our Maryland Heights office
• Reliable vehicle with current auto insurance
