Job Description

Schedule: Hybrid, Monday - Friday, 8:00 AM - 5:00 PM (Two remote days per week, equipment provided)
Start Date: ASAP | Temp-to-Perm

Position Overview:

We are seeking a skilled Benefits Analyst with strong expertise in Leave of Absence (LOA) administration, ADP, and 401(k) plans to join our team. This role is responsible for the day-to-day management of health and welfare benefits, retirement plans, and compliance with relevant regulations. The ideal candidate will have a keen eye for detail, strong problem-solving abilities, and the ability to manage multiple benefit processes efficiently.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Administer all aspects of health and retirement plans, including enrollments, life events, and LOA requests.
  • Manage vendor relationships, troubleshoot system integration issues, and resolve file discrepancies.
  • Oversee benefit operations such as COBRA, death claims, QMCSOs, 401(k) distributions, loans, and rollovers.
  • Investigate and reconcile benefit and claims discrepancies, ensuring timely resolution.
  • Serve as a subject matter expert on employee benefits, providing support to internal teams and external vendors.

Qualifications:

Required:

  • 2-3 years of experience in benefits administration, with a focus on LOA, ADP, and 401(k) plans.
  • Strong knowledge of ERISA, FMLA, ACA, and other relevant benefits regulations.
  • High attention to detail, confidentiality, and a problem-solving mindset.

Preferred:

  • Bachelor's degree in Human Resources or a related field (or equivalent experience).
  • Familiarity with additional health and welfare programs, including HSAs, FSAs, disability, and state leave policies.
