Participate in paid business development and leadership training programs
Support client acquisition, lead generation, and outreach campaigns
Represent nonprofit and ethical brands at community events and marketing activations
Track campaign performance, analyze results, and suggest improvements
Assist with recruitment, onboarding, and mentoring of new team members
Communicate professionally with clients, partners, and community members
